2. Photos / Videos (Media Access) Purpose: Used only when a user voluntarily selects a file to upload. No background access.

3. Device Information (Non-identifiable) Purpose: Performance, compatibility, and app functionality. No advertising IDs or tracking identifiers are accessed.
